The intention of this video is to make it feel more easier and comfortable for managers to have faith in their ability to approach bereavement with employees. The language and guidance has deliberately been targeted for this ease, encouraging a more free flow of interacting that feels organic. In these times of unthinkable loss, there is no hard and fast way through it. Encouraging managers to be human, show emotions and connect at a deeper level is perhaps a gentle and allowing way to approach this.
