Looking after your mental health during the coronavirus (covid-19) outbreak

Looking after your mental health during uncertain times is challenging. However, there are many things you can still do to support your mental health and that one of those around you during this period.

We have prepared this page with information that we think can be useful to support this. Some of this information was created from our own therapist, based on their knowledge and experience in this kind of situations.

Some other information have been curated by us, because we think is useful.

We will be updating this page regularly, and we decided to leave this page open to anyone, so feel free to share it with your friends and family if you think it can be helpful for them.

We’re living uncertain times, but remember: this too shall pass.

Uncertain times can lead to increasing levels of anxiety. We have prepared two podcasts that explain why anxiety happens.

In the second podcast, counsellor Emma discusses more specific strategies that can be useful specifically during the coronavirus situation.
